The 3CS Accelerator is a hands-on, 3-day intensive mentorship and implementation program held over three Saturdays. It is designed to help you build a strong foundation in your business. This is so that you can start putting together a business that does the hard work for you, so you don’t have to.

With 12 sessions spread over these four days, they are all hosted with sixty:forty professionals and subject matter experts. Discussions will centre on how to take action and any challenges are shared so that you get to work in a true mastermind environment.
The class structure allows you to learn step by step how to build a business that becomes owner independent, which means you don’t have to work day in and day out. You can start building a business – not a job.

In this intensive, you’ll actually set the foundations to your upgraded business, including:
- Having clarity over your reasons for being in business
- Writing out your BHAG – Big Hairy Audacious Goal
- Deciding on the tech stack you will use in your business
- Starting to develop an automation and delegation plan
- Building one of your Customer Avatars
- Mapping out the journey that your Customer will take in doing business with you
- Identify the 7 key drivers of cash in your business and knowing how you can manage them for maximum profitability and cash flow.
- Know the dials that you can move in your Business Model

Part 1 - Foundation
Develop clarity on exactly why you want to be in business and what you want to achieve out of having your own business, by working step-by-step through our personal and business Vision worksheets. You will use these to craft the Mission Statement for you and your business.
Part 2 - Defining your Strategy
The first two sessions are all about The Plan and Personal (Self) Leadership. Be prepared to put in some thinking time as we get you to actually write down your business goals and craft your Business Plan on a Page.
Part 3 - Building Capacity
In thisthese 3 sessions, the focus is on how to build Capacity inside your business. Capacity isn’t only about your Team, it is about the resources, processes and systems that you use to support your team and in getting the work done efficiently. You will have three projects to be completed that will support the ability to serve your clients effectively.
Part 4 - Know your Client
Dive into understanding your A-Class client and what they mean for your business. Have you ever thought about what you really sell, and more importantly what that means for your client? In these four sessions you will do just that – in addition to mapping out a path that leads to predictable sales.
Part 5 - Manage your Cash
In these sessions you will look at Cash. We deep dive on your business model and look at the 7 levers of cash flow and how they can work for your business. We will identify the key drivers of income and expenses in your business and see how optimisation of these can lead to cash flow peace of mind.
Part 6 - Finding Freedom
This last part is about bringing the past 12 sessions together and mapping out a plan for your next 12 months to continue on the path to small business prosperity.
Meet your Instructor
Sheree is co-founder of sixty:forty, a Public Accountant and Registered Tax Agent. She holds an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree from UNE and a Masters degree in Taxation from UNSW. As a long term member of CPA Australia and a Chartered Tax Advisor she has operated her own public accounting practice firm from 2005. Since starting the firm, she has helped hundreds of small business owners to manage their cash flow, improve their net profit and increase their number of days off.
